## Eligibility Criteria

  • Visit the Website: Go to the official portal apas.wb.gov.in or banglaryuvasathi.gov.in.

  • Registration: Click on "Apply Online" and register using your mobile number. Verify via OTP.

  • Form Filling: Enter your personal details, Aadhaar number, and educational qualifications.

  • Upload Documents: Upload clear scans of your photo, marksheet, Aadhaar, and bank passbook.

  • Submission: Review your details and submit. Note down the Application ID for tracking.

2. Offline Process (Camps)

  • Visit the Camp: Locate your nearest registration camp (usually at local schools or community halls) in your Assembly Constituency.

  • Collect Forms: Ask for Form-A (Application), the Self-Declaration Form, and the Bank Mandate Form.

  • Submit: Fill them out and attach photocopies of your documents. Submit them to the officials on-site.
